Each race has specific blast types which are made available from LV10. During a battle, Blast can be utilized after filling the blast gauge at the bottom left of the screen, and pressing a combination of Square + Triangle while idle.

You will not be able to use Blasts in certain areas, primarily those force the camera to non-standard angles.

Mirage Blasts

Mirage Blasts are special abilities exclusive to humans and newmans which were developed using technology from the ancient civilization. These abilities summon mythical elemental creatures to unleash powerful attacks on enemies or support allies. Mirage blasts are equipped as modules for shield-weaves, and can be equipped between different shield-weaves in battle to swap between different equipped mirage blasts.

Each Mirage Blast has an element attached, and deals more damage against enemies of the opposite element, while dealing less damage against enemies of the same element. The higher the rank of the Mirage Blast, the higher its element.

The damage dealt by Mirage Blast is based on user's base TEC and the grade of the mirage blast module.

While using Mirage Blasts, the user will be invincible until they regain control of their character again.
