Level up guide

From PSP2i Wiki

This is a list of various effective ways to level up at different points of the game. The ease and effectiveness of each method will depend on a few factors, such as how comfortable you are at playing the game, your equipment, stats, abilities, rebirth, and more.

Before focusing on levelling up, it is recommended that you complete story mode in its entirety, as this will give you access to as much content as possible, including stronger weapons and items in the shops to make levelling up easier.

Experience[edit | edit source]

The Magashi Plan[edit | edit source]

Main page: The Magashi Plan
Requirements

Recommended for all levels. This is the fastest method of levelling up, however it can only be played alone in story mode and requires currency. It is a long quest, but it gives unrivalled experience as all creatures give double EXP and have 25% of their maximum HP, allowing the player to blitz through it.

Gurhal Heroes[edit | edit source]

Main page: Gurhal Heroes
Requirements

Recommended from 75-80, or higher. This is a fast method of levelling up with no requirements, and can be accessed in both story mode and multi mode. This mission is also a fast way to obtain type points. The mission comes with 3 level ranges for enemies:

  • 50-100 (story mode only)
  • 100-150 (multi mode only)
  • 200-250

The easiest route is: Meadow → Seabed → Beach → The Dark, however feel free to experiment for different drops or change of scenery.

Infinity Missions[edit | edit source]

Main page: Infinity Missions
Requirements

Infinity Missions are a good alternative to Magashi Plan and Gurhal Heroes, as they spawn constant enemies and give decent XP buffs in certain missions. These missions can be very dangerous though, so it may be necessary to have some strong defensive gear, or some Rebirth stats under your belt.

They give very poor Type Points however, but you may find many unique items playing them.

Max Attack ∞[edit | edit source]

Main page: Max Attack ∞
Requirements

Max Attack ∞ is a fast way to gain experience and type points; if playing a human, newman, or cast, the blast rechargers in the missions make it very easy to gain experience as you will be able to wipe rooms quickly and tag all creatures without fail.

This method does require some basic investment, as the missions can become difficult very quickly, as they exist only with level 110+ creatures.

It is also recommended to be playing the Gurhal Boost Road versions of the missions, as they provide more EXP and type points, however this has even higher creature levels, so will require more investment or friends to play with.

Type points[edit | edit source]

For farming type points, always try to make sure that you clear the missions with an S Grade.

Gurhal Heroes[edit | edit source]

Main page: Gurhal Heroes
Requirements

Recommended for 75-80, or higher. This is the fastest way to obtain type points, especially if achieving S Grade. The mission comes with 3 level ranges for enemies:

  • 50-100 (story mode only)
  • 100-150 (multi mode only)
  • 200-250

The easiest route is: Meadow → Cherry Blossom → Desert → The Dark, however feel free to experiment for different drops or change of scenery.
