Conjures up a hailstorm in front of the user that continually pelts enemies.

Sabarta is a Technic photon art with attribute. Sabarta is potent Technic that helps primarily with chain building, hitting 4 times for a lower PP cost than Sazonde, while hitting up to 3 locks. Unlike Sazonde, Sabarta does not launch, allowing it to be used on creatures that become untargettable when launched.

Unlike all other offensive ice Technics, Sabarta is unable to inflict freeze.
