Strong Cannon is a 16★ handgun with the second highest effective ATK of all handguns, due to its extra ATK and ACC bonuses. While this is the case, it is arguably the strongest handgun due to its HP affects pwr special, allowing it to do significantly more damage if the user has lost some HP.
Strong Cannon also grants an extra 25 ATK and 80 ACC on top of its own ATK and ACC. The extra 25 ATK and 80 ACC will apply to any right-hand weapon equipped on the same palette as Strong Cannon, as well as the Strong Cannon itself.
