Starlight Cluster is a 12★ SUV-weapon module than grants the user access to the S-Rank version of the Cluster series of SUV-weapons.
The Cluster series of weapons are space hoverboards, which allow the user to fly around the room. All creatures are hit up to 8 times within a large area, centred around the user, being launched and also afflicted with shock.
