Eternal Dimension is a 15★ twin saber. They are the twin saber version of the saber Holy Elysdeon. When the console's clock displays between 06:00 and 17:59 inclusive, this weapon will gain a white light glow effect. This effect is purely cosmetic.
Eternal Dimension give a hidden +40% value to its attribute value, capped at 60%. This means that 20-60% attribute values are all functionally identical on this weapon.
