Orga Anastasis is a boss creature, and is the rare version of Orga Angelus. It has a 1/10 chance of appearing in missions where it replaces Orga Angelus.
In certain missions, Orga Anastasis is a guaranteed spawn, such as Phantasmal Requiem and the challenge mission Stage 5: Shooting Star.
