Judgment Hearts are 16★ knuckles, and are the second strongest in the game, behind Drill Knuckles. In comparison to Drill Knuckles, Judgment Hearts have more useful special effects, and also have significantly more ACC, along with more EVA, extra DEF, and extra MND.
