'''Client requests''' are repeatable extra tasks handed out by [[NPCs]] in the [[Cafe]], or by [[Fulyen Curtz|Curtz]] in the [[Clad 6]] central lobby. Client requests involve fulfilling a task that can be cleared while playing [[missions]], such as defeating a certain amount of specific [[creatures]], or clearing specific [[open missions]] under some restrictions, such as only using a certain [[weapons|weapon]] type.
Client requests are specific tasks given by one of three NPCs in the cafe, and Curtz in the Clad 6 Lobby, that yield certain rewards when completed. The client requests for the three characters in the cafe are not available right from the start; the NPCs and their requests are unlocked separately by clearing certain chapters of story mode. Some subsequent requests have individual unlocking requirements as well.  


Clearing a client request will reward the player with [[meseta]], and some amount of items, depending on the client request cleared. Many of the items obtained from client requests can not be obtained anywhere else.
A player can only accept one client order from each NPC at a time. If the player talk to the NPC again after accepting an order, they will be prompted to either end the conversation or cancel the order. Cancelling the order will lose all current progress in the order (this is applicable to Pit's slaying requests and to Laurette's multi-mission requests; Illias's requests never take more than one mission).


There are a total of 4 different NPCs that can handle out client requests, which each NPC specialising in different types of requests. A player may only accept one client request from each NPC at a time; however, they may cancel their current client request by talking to the appropriate NPC. There is no penalty for doing this, although any progress accumulated on the client requests will be lost if applicable.
== Illias's Requests ==

Illias is the cast with the white hair. Illias's Requests unlocks after clearing Ep1 Chapter 2.


Client requests can be repeated infinitely to the player's desire (not including Curtz' requests), allowing them to amass more meseta or items as they see fit.
Her requests involve clearing missions within a time limit, later on restricting you to certain weapon types as well. The exact restrictions for her single-weapon-type requests are as follows:
You may:
* Die (multi mode)
* Fail to land a hit before a monster dies (i.e. have others do the work for you. It doesn't matter what weapons other characters are using).
* Have another weapon equipped in your other hand.
* Use other weapons for different purposes (buffing/healing, walking using [[Tornado Dance]]).
You can not:
* Get a kill without having the right weapon equipped (including during a [[Blast Types#Nanoblast|Nanoblast]] or [[Blast Types#Infinity Blast|Infinity Blast]]).
* Use [[Blast Types|Blasts]] to kill enemies.
** All Blasts unequips the player's weapons, which would fail the requirement if the Blast kills enemies.
* Have the wrong weapon equipped (including if a trap is equipped) when someone else gets a kill
* Use traps (except for the trap order)

Laurette is the human with the blue hair. Laurette's Requests unlock after clearing Ep1 Chapter 3.
 
His orders involve clearing multiple missions, and later on doing missions with certain NPCs on your team (empty slots may be filled with other NPCs as well) with some extra dialogue.

For the weapon specific requests, the following rules are imposed on the player:
Canara
* Any kills during the mission must occur when the correct weapon is equipped - the source of the kill does not matter, whether it is the player or a party member.

** This means the player may be taken through a mission by others.
|Not Envious at All
** It also means the player may defeat creatures using the weapon in the other hand if applicable.

** Creature kills may also be done by lingering effects from [[Technics]], providing the player swaps to the correct weapon type in time (e.g. [[Foverse]]).

* Other weapons may be used for other purposes, providing they are not equipped at the time of a creature kill.
|Clear Multiped Threat with Lou and Chelsea

Pit is a beast that can be found in the cafe. His client requests involve defeating a specific number of creatures, many of them requiring to be defeated on higher ranks.


For his client requests, it is mandatory that the player with the request lands the final blow for it to count towards the client request's progress. The kill may be dealt in whatever manner the player chooses, whether it's with a weapon, trap, or blast, as long as they are the one to land the killing blow.<br clear="all">

Curtz is a cast who can be found in [[Clad 6]]'s central lobby, near the [[Little Wing]] offices. His client requests are aimed at beginners, and request the player to do various simple actions such as [[Extend Type]] and collect [[Titles]].


Unlike the other characters, his requests can only be done once. Once all of his requests have been completed, he will give the player his partner card, and disappear from the Clad 6 lobby.<br clear="all">
