'''Training missions''' are special missions only available in [[story mode]], that teach the player the basics of the gameplay mechanics. All training missions are overseen by [[Vasque]], who explains the goal of the missions to the player and rewards them accordingly depending on their performance at the end of the mission, always measured in time taken. These rewards are the currency of the trade mission [[The Locker Room]].

Like [[challenge missions]] and [[battle missions]], players are unable to take their earned levels and equipment into the missions, and are given a preset loadout, which does not depend on [[Type]].

Completion of all training missions will reward the player with Vasque's [[partner card]].
