Trade Missions allows the player to trade Trade Items from the Inventory for Items, Weapons, shield-weaves, clothes, and more.
: Bring the requested items to trade for special items, some of which can be found nowhere else.

Trade missions are special exchange missions which task the player with bringing select currencies to be able to trade them for specific items. The items in trade missions tend to be unique and cannot be obtained anywhere else.
Each Trade Mission consumes a different type of Trade Items, which can be obtained by different methods. The method to obtain each trade item is noted on the Trade Items page. The items that can be obtained from each mission are noted on their respective pages.

Each trade mission requests different types of currency, which are obtained in various ways.
Entering a Trade Mission will remove all Partner Characters from the player's party, unless that mission is Desert Oasis, Secret Society, or The Secret Pub. For The Offertory Box, Partner Characters will only be removed from the player's party if the player enters the treasure vault. They will not be removed if the player does not enter the treasure vault.

Trade missions can only be accessed in story mode.
Unlocking trade missions
Initially, only a small amount of trade missions are available to the player, but more may be unlocked by completing story missions. As the player progresses through the story, more trade missions will become available.

Certain trade missions also increase their stock upon further progression of the story, with all trade missions making their full stock available once the player has cleared hard mode of episode 1.
