- A blade with a distinctive photon pattern.
Within it dwells the power to crush all creation.
Heart of Despair is a 16★ sword, and is one of the strongest in the game, possessing the highest ACC of all swords. Unlike the stronger Cursed Dark Flow, Heart of Despair has a 90% PP modifier along with a respectable 110% PA modifier, allowing the weapon to do high damage while still reducing PP costs, unlike most other weapons with increased PA damage.
Heart of Despair also has the ability to hit 5 targets instead of the standard 4 targets with its attack.
Recommended hunt
Heart of Despair is most easily obtained in Gurhal Heroes on ∞ difficulty as a Hunter. The VR Beach route contains 5 Astarks, with the final one having a fixed level 2 aura of power, along with the mission having a 200% drop rate modifier.
