Heart of Despair is a 16★ sword, and is one of the strongest in the game. Unlike the stronger Cursed Dark Flow, Heart of Despair has a 90% PA modifier along with a respectable 110% PA modifier, allowing the weapon to do high damage while still reducing PP costs, unlike most other weapons with increased PA damage.
Heart of Despair also has the ability to hit 5 targets instead of the standard 4 targets.
